No, once the slice is applied it sticks.

Can you slice something more than once to change the customizations? Say you want your armor sliced one way for PvE and another for PvP?

If it's maximum I supposed I can live with 8%... if it's minimum that's a problem.i.e.Weapon X300-600 damageDoes a slice for 5% yeild315-630 (expected scenario)or315-615 (worst case scenario)or330-630 (best case scenario)Thanks in advance to whoever can answer this
I'd like to re-ask this, as I don't think it got answered, but it is definitely one that can be, and I think it's a very important detail we need to know.
Heres one:
Can my uber rifle be sliced to make the damage even more uber: No! There seems to be caps on how high/low some stats can go.

From my little bit of testing, it seemed that min and max dmg went up the specified %, ex. both min and max dmg went up 8% for a full damage slice. So best case scenario there.

No smuggler tools needed....
....do we still need WUK's and AUK's ?
First of all Im very happy that yo smugglers does finally get a bit of dev attention (thou I know from reading this board that youd have prefered some real smuggling) Anyway Could someone tell me if the WUKs are now tottally worthless?
I know the weapon jamming has been taken out, but has anyone tried repairing weapon before this happened? Does that require a WUK to do?
The new system looks okay, thou the slices seems a bit on the lowside (on the other hand that might be okay for balance
)
I just dont see why theyve taken the tools out of the slicing process.
if you repair a broken weapon does it retain the same slice as before or does it need to be resliced every time it breaks?
I'm wondering how this will work because if a customer wants a maxed slice and runs the risk of the weapon breaking often there is no turning back really. Rather than having to reslice the weapon after every fixed break where the customer can say don't slice it so much this time or slice it more ?
I know that all weapons have a "hard cap" on damage.
Is it possible for someone to get ahold of a weapon that is known to be at the top of the hard cap, and then see if it can be sliced "over" the cap?
That would be nice.
