QFE, but let´s not harbour any illusions here. This is not going to happen any time soon. And its not a Smuggler issue really, but rather whether players should be able to mix professions at all. If tailors suddenly got an one hit incapspecial, we would see lots of them mixed with whatever elite or hybrid combat profession is deemeduber at that moment.

Its a game really.
If you don´t like PVP, don´tgo forspecial forces.
If you mind getting hunted, don´t play a jedi.
If you feel you must play a jedi, keep away from the terminals.
If you insist on hunting in a party to speed up the grind, don´t use your lightsaber, robeor forceskills.
But if you really want to run around in full Jedi attire and show off in front of people - either be prepared to face the consequences or start playing KOTOR.

Anyways, LD is working as intended. Bounty hunters are abusing the first strike one way TEF to turn themselves into one shot glass cannons. What personally irks me is the lack of a fight. I win or they win and it's over. And mostly, they'd lose. I've had smuggler/bh use last ditch on me at the end of a good fight and a little part of me cheered inside seeing it well used.
Ah, but that´s the point, right? Nothing wrong about using LD as ... well... as a last ditch when you got cornered bad, when a 1/3 odd suddenly becomes very attractive. Now that´s how LD is intended to work anyway.

They complain about how they get incapped but don't mention the BS powers they have like "cloak". They can appear and disappear at will and there's not a damn thin that can be done about it. And they have the nerve to complain?!
