Reckless Shot is the other Smuggler Damage Special. Has a decent damage modifier, but the drawback is that you get a temporary defence debuff, somewhere along the lines of -80. However, if you have Intimidate shot, make sure to use it before using Reckless Shot. That way, even though more attacks get through, you'll take a little less damage from them.

well you have to spend the skill points for the rocket luncher in the first place even if it's slightly cheaper. I got an knock down however to use with the acid stream rifle. They probably place in some restraints so we can't spam it, probably a 30 second timer to state resist, long cool down timer maybe a warm up as well
Commando 0103 is such a better idea then 0040, that way I can have 3 base slicing professions

I don't know about you being a noob 'cause let me get this straight...
If I use the Acid Rifle to do Underhand Shot- I can knockdown multiple targets plus they stand a chance of being blinded. THEN hit them with our new and improved Concussion Shot Paralyzing them on the ground with another chance at blinding them. THEN I switch to my Renegade and start picking them off one by one (the first shot of course will be Critical Shot since they are on the ground...maybe Torso).
THAT my friend...THAT is sheer genious!
Works for the single target too- just throw in a droid bomb and don't fire the Critical Shot 'til you think the droid is about to blow and BOOM! Smuggler is going to be one sneaky lil' lethal SOB.
As far as Commando 0103 goes...yeah, I guess I gotta switch now. I've been enjoying having 3 base crackin' profs- so I won't give that up- but I will have to drop my LBC- which slows vehicles and burns people...I'm going to lose my Heavy Particle Beam too
/shrug
I just need to find an Acid Rifle that's really good. I wonder if I can get one Krayted- I've never even SEEN a Krayt tissue so....
