Sorry pal. A respec does not make you a "brother." Justask the BHs how well they like respec newbs, and you've about got it figured out. Now multiply the antipathyby 100 because of your Jedi agenda.
Now.. I admit, that Concussion is somewhat powerful. For a ranged prof, it's almost a must-have. However, before addressing that, let's look at our redundant and useless specials like Panic/Lowblow before attacking what we have that works, m'kay? Furthermore, even if it were a 1-shot kill under any circumstances, I wouldn't accepta word of it from a Jedi, as the hypocrisy of any Jedi "Nerf!" cries is hysterical. Once Jedi "I-Win" buttons are all addressed (force cloak, force run, insta-heals from a knockdown posture, the list goes on), then perhaps they may have the privilege of a voice in this community.
Nice try with the /respec, but Walrus-man still doesn't like you, and we don't like you either.
