Thread: Which will come first? Smuggling or the New FRS?
and also "The number of devposts in profession forums are over 50% posted on the Smuggler boards. Every single publish since the CU have contained Smuggler fixes and there have been hotfixes for your issues too. No smuggler issue that surfaced have been broken for more than 1-2 weeks. You are the only combat profession who have received content post-cu (new loot). ... Smuggler is, together with Swordman, the most working profession in the game skill/codewise. While you do not have unique professions on your own, you still have full access to both pve/pvp with no broken abilities to hold you back. Both the Slicing system and the Spice system works as intended."

That may be but WE CAN'T SMUGGLE hence the name of the proff, Smuggler.

considering the facts we know:
Greenmarine made the system.
Greenmarine no longer works for SOE
Devs have a bad habit of "not knowing how to deal with other devs work" (Example Imperial cap. Dev making it no longer works for them, they were unable to "fix" it properly. Other systems that was built and "ready" in beta, vanished after the dev making em left SOE)
So, We're getting the FRS before the smuggler missions/issues. Because now they have to brainstorm and build a new system for us...Knowing how their brainstorm goes..We'll see a rather good developed system on paper, that covers alot, and looks rather exciting. Then they will be ordered to rush it out, thus it ends up as a half a55ed system, that resembles the planned system as much as a durni resembles a Krayt.
I am playing one of the rarest professions in Starwars Galaxies right now. We are 3 left on Corbantis. After Publish 19 I fought to play for a week and havnt played the game since. The nerfs where too much to handle. I have sacrificed my entire career to be able to help my friends through whatever they do, by offering heals and support. I am a Master Force Healer and after Pub 19 I cannot heal others anymore and I can barely keep myself alive.

I am voting for Smuggler Missions, an Entertainer expansion, Commando Tanks, a Droid Engineer revamp and an Architect revamp before the FRS is re-enabled, although that does not change that I currently cant play my character along with my friends anymore, so I consider fixing broken things before adding content to be of highest priority right now. If they put dedicated SWG programmers to work instead of constantly switching teams and force them move between offices all the time, it shouldnt take them more than 2-3 publishes to adress the list under the link above, and then go back working fulltime on the revamps.
If you have anything to add on that list, I suggest you come over there and help me out. I am working for all professions to improve this entire game, and I hope it can help to increase awareness of eachothers issues and boost respect for other players. Note that I already added several issues for TKA, Commando and Pistoleer, which also effects smuggler templates. I have even acknowledged that Overwhelming Shot lacks use unless states are improved. And yes I have included the non-stacking toolkits issue. You may also read the situation with Master Force Healer there if you wish.
antares_Kauri have been following me through devtracker and flame me in almost every thread I post and I am starting to get increasingly tired of it, as he opress my rights of asking for improvements, bugfixes and writing about my dreams on this forum. He is not a good spokesperson for your profession if he keeps aggrevating non-smugglers for fun.

1. You're not a dev, so devtracker wouldn't work. 2. I read the Jedi forums, and you have plenty of posts there all the time. Just because you write loads of stuff to disagree with doesn't mean anyone is following you, just that you write a lot of stuff that is biased, etc etc. Plus, I follow my own tracker to see updates. Not yours, mine.

MsNiL, your thread, unfortunately, is BS.
You were involved in a thread a couple of days ago in which you called Smugglers "whiny ingrates" for asking for the profession to havethe function it should have.
And now this thread appears, where you outline all the issues, but fail to mention our lack of function? Dear Lord, you expect to be taken seriously?
And on top of that you decide not to include the Smuggler moves affected by bugs and issues, like ConcussionShot and PanicShot [hint for you, they're dazes and Pistoleers have no dazes...]
So take your smart alec attitide and shove it, sister
