Does being a master smuggler increase you % increased, Just wondering cause I know V is bugged and I use the best Q units and experimet with my weaposn upgrade kits to 70+% and my clapms in the 20's-30's but I hang out in the high teens and low to mid 20's. Could it be alot of people are just full of **edit** and charging 100c per % and then just lying about it cause no one checks. I know it happens. I havent read anywhere that being a master smuggler does anything other than give you a titile.

Ok so I lied.. but I had to add one more thing.

The funniest thing in the world, is people that will bash you in public, but then when it comes down to making money they send you a PM asking you "come on dude, if you tell me, I won't tell honest. I just want to use it for myself". You know who you are, and your lucky that I am respectful enough not to copy and paste your PM to these boards...

Given the CDEFS in your bag and the talk of how busy you are I'm going to have to venture a guess that it is simply numbers. Bulk. If it's not stats, and it does have something to do with being a master slicer, I have to think this is a factor of tools + mass production.

The only true way to find the cap on slicing in the game would literally be to take all 95%+ tools, get a few hundred weapons, and start slicing. Eventually you're gona nail that high number. Although I'd be interested to know if **any** master smuggler has sliced below 20% more than 1 or 2 times in their career since reaching master smuggler. I think that might be the true garantee of 20%+

How many professions have something like this that are allowed? I'm thinking this is the only one...

I doubt that Sony added this in for someone to find

The earlier post i quoted (slicing being all luck)was just trying to get some more information out of you, and not a challenge to your claim.

The second quoted post was. It has nothing to do with this, except that you like to stir things up.Your original three posts in that thread mention nothing about you thinking this is a hoax or anything like that. Itwas only in your 4th or 5th post that you made this clear. When typing my earlier message, I did assume you were playing a hoax, because of this - sorry. However,in reading the first 10 or so messages on the thread it is not clear that you consider it a hoax, and when you see someone claiming to get 40%+ weapon slices and then see an earlier thread like that, kind of makes you suspicious - no??Plus, the way you strung the three posts at the beginning - well it really seemed as if you were trying to build up the tension or something. Maybe you are getting 40% slices, but I am just bringing up the credibility issue like and good lawyer would

However, I agree with others here who ask for proof that this is real, and that you are not exploiting a bug. What kind of reaction did you expect from the posting of this information (I know you did not post the original). For everyone to say cool - have fun. Obviously, given the state of the game, if you really are getting weapon slices that high - people are going to assume it is not intended and thereforethe exploitation of a bug. Really, how are we supposed to have an intelligent conversation on this (like the good ol' beta days)if nobody but you know how it is done. If I do find out how this is done and I do not consider it an exploit of a bug or unintended feature - I'll be one of the first to apologize.

Well I don't know what else these people really want for me. I tried telling people that I have done it, and that doesn't work. Everyone here asks for a screenshot so I posted a screenshot, and apparently they still don't believe me. Short of inviting everyone to my house for coffee and Slicing.. I don't know what else these hounds want.. I just hope in the next day or two I get a 45% Slice. The 40% post I put up apparently isn't good enough hehe.

It's still pretty obvious that hes full of crap, the 40% on that screenshot is lighter than the rest and you can see the airbrushing lines around it a bit farther out if you zoom in a little. The exclaimation is also too far away from the %, the game doesn't put a space between those 2 things. The 40% was copied from what he said later on and pasted over there, the very small background changes were airbrushed through.

So yea you're right, I didnt read what he said...I didn't have to..just look at the shot.

Phredrick, that screenshot is legit. Zoom in and look at every text on it, itll have the same effects everywhere on the SS. After doing that, open one of your own SS and itll have the same thing.

1st; we were wondering if you could really slice over 37% (old record), yes, you did it

Now that we have that out of the way, we are investigating if it is a exploit, or more so, how it is done.
