Thread: Lightsaber Slicing
This is the official response I got from Sony...

Slicing a light saber would be considered a exploit as light sabers are
non-tradable items. The only way to get a light saber sliced would be to get
it to a smuggler and that would involve trading it which cannot be done
normally. The vendor/bazaar exploit has been fixed and you should no longer
be able to do this to get it sliced. Thank you for asking this question, we

I have always been confused about this. We are smugglers. Isn't it our job to break the law and smuggle things. If we can find a way to secretly slice a lightsaber, then it is our duty to do that, at the right price. Though like any smuggler, the trick is not to get caught.

If you're a smuggler, and someone wants you to slice their lightsaber, are you going to take the chance that it is an exploit and risk getting banned from the game?

Ok, so my question is this. Once the new system for becoming a Jedi goes live, the way I understand it is that you can pick up Jedi skills while still having normal skills (could be misunderstanding however). So if I keep my master smuggler skillsand devote all my other points to Jedi, can I slice my own lightsaber?
