he was a level 80 OVERT. You do not get a free pass because you have a smuggler title on your character. They could have EASILY all gone overt and killed me. We are at war. Overts attack Overts. When he decided to go overt he declared "YES, I want to hunt imperial special forces!!!"

I would say the first time you hid in the cloner it was perhaps underhanded.. the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th time.. well they were just stupid.

Cloaked Jedi can't get on board your ship - ask your customer to wait by the starship terminal and proceed directly there after purchasing the faction and declaring. Remember that you only have to be SF to delegate the faction, not to buy it.
I consider this a risk that comes with the job - and I expect my customer to protect me while I work. The price goes up significantly if I get killed for their benefit.

Where faction armor (Stormtrooper/Scout for Imperial or Marine armor for rebel) and only sell in heavily Factional NPC populated area's....
NPC bases with turrets are the safest, when M.Smuggler just buy a Detachment HQ on a completly or nearly completly controled planet there only like 15k FP and turrets are like 700, get large turret towers (5) and mine fields..... get a WS to make you enough mines to stock the fields & turretsandyour set 
Just drop the sucker right infront of your house

umm... what is that skill we have called concussion??
basically its easiest (if your EVER attacked) to just slap a concussion shot to em and hit that Feign Death.
and if that dosnt seem to work, join us on TC-GCW

they pulled the wait times on vehicles.. does that also mean combat? if so you could concussion shot, /wave, pull out your bike and ride off into the sunset. Its 30 seconds afterall.
