CSR will get up in yourmail and tellsif someone requests them to. I wish it were true "all trades final we dont get involved with those disputes" so I could keep my master tag up. There's some non smugs out there who like to make issues when their pettyscamon a smuggler backfires on them.

I had the greatest fun a while ago, this smuggler was slicing for I don't know what price, but some idiot starts to say he is expensive, so the smug gives him the second option, he can pay what he wishes, but he has the random chance that he would run off with his stuff. After a silence of about 10 seconds, the guy said, "OK, I'll pay the full price" gets his stuff sliced and runs away.
I wish I could remember his name...
