I have said this before and will say it again. A few good defense tapes and you won't have to worry about not getting feign off.
I can feign when dizzied and stunned. I have managed to feign through every situation. Another thing aparently the rifleman posture change up is able to bring us out but I have defense against that and don't get brought out due to that. So far the only thing that brings me out is Jedi. There is nothing that has stopped me from feigning. (Take pistoleer for the def mods. I have a pernerf outfit with def mods on it that work for me. Def V Posture up being 1 of them.)
I have tested about every aspect of fd since I use it quite often during pvp. So far my only bane is a traitor jedi.

Trust me, unless this is a new bug, the Riflemen would have already been using Sniper Shot instead of the Posture Up like they used to.

I read someone mentioning the Rifleman posture up attack.
I tested that a little while back. Had a rifleman try it on me about twenty times while I was feigned. Didn't work.
I can re test it, if you feel it neccisary.

OK, look I'm tired of this - people have a right to know.
Here's the deal.
The DB thing - it's a Creature Handler exploit.
The CH's have specially trained, Jedi power-infused Flesh Eating Chubas.
There.
I've said it - it's in the open.
Hate me - I don't care.

Does that mean they tell the feigner to "F.E.C Off"?
Lame, I know.
Lame, I know.

I am betting its a ch skill. One of the descriptions on a creature handler pet is deathblows yes/no. I can see a ch pet not noticeing a players feighn. Ofcoarse that would be funny to use a creature pet to do it.
Thats my altime favorite way to kill another player. Tripple incap kill. Wax the guy whitea few times and then sick a kreetle on them. You get some wonderful tells for that kind of thing. Real cute I bet you thought that was funny. Why cant you fight like a man. Why dont you let me and your cockroach square off.

Okay, did some research, and it's beginning to look like a false alarm. I'm going to speak to the BH and Jedi involved to try and get a handle on the exact situation, but in my testing, which was two smugglers, duelling each other, it did not work.
This being the case, I'm going to pull back the curtain, so others may attempt to replicate the results that prompted this post.
The BH and his group pounded the crap out of the feigned jedi, til he was down to almost no HAM, then the BH used a Bomb Droid, after which he was able to deal a DB.
I have a theory as to what happened. When I tested this, while in the state of Feign, when the droid blew up, I got a 45 second incap timer. My guess is the jedi panicked, hit /stand, at which point he would take a real incap.
Sorry for all the fuss this caused, but it seemed legit as I know the BH and there was several witnesses to verify.

I cabn tell you the bomb droid is being attempted used by peopel on farstar already. however noone hs had ne when i hae been feigning, Merely sid, oh next time ill get you with a droid. however, i et incap timer many times, during feign due to dots being applied, so Imho if its the panic thing, great, only true smugglers know that this is not genuine incap.
