Semi-pissed Smuggler here, these are my New Rates
Armor 8-10k per piece pending on my general mood
Weapons 5-8k if you have more than 3 weapons, 5k per weapon Anything less than 2 weapons will get you a 7-8k charge.

10k (idont care %, its not my problem..its devs problem)....IDs start to charge 20k for stat change..i think 10k is loww...(and we are not alot out there..people droping or changing after 2-3 weeks....for exeple..me...i didnt drop butim not ganna play with my smuggler caracter any more)
