I have 2 pricing structures.
5k per slice - If i want to slice and am advertising.
10k per slice - If I am NOT advertising and someone wants a slice.

All you people charging 100cr/% are retarded.
I charge 10k per slice
OR
Sliding scale of...
5k for slices 11-24%
10k for slices 25-34%
15k for slices 35-45%
I charge 10k per slice
OR
Sliding scale of...
5k for slices 11-24%
10k for slices 25-34%
15k for slices 35-45%

This gives me a good idea what to charge when I do hit master. I'll probably go on a scale, like below 20% is such and such, 20-30 is such and such, and 30+ is such and such. (I'm so looking forward to spice grinding. Really. I am. /sarcasm)

I need to get a ton of suits of armor sliced and I'm wondering, how much does the average master smuggler charge? Is the price different for each server?
I just raised my prices to $400/% increase when I started getting more buffs & docs are now charging $14k in Theed ... (my expenses go up, so does my prices)

I charge a flat fee of 10k and do free slices for friends. I've already had people laugh at my prices and tell me I'm crazy and I always reply, "ok". I don't use my slicing as my main source of income so I could care less if someone wants to pay the 10k or not. I personally think 10k is reasonable, especially considering the fact that if you land a 30%+ slice on a really nice weapon they could sell it for twice as much easily as they paid.
Another method I may use in the future is to have a list of the more powerful weapons and charge more based on the gun itself. If I know that you are paying 400k-2mil for a weapon i'm sure you can part with another 50k if I give you a 30%+ slice.

As an artisan, I get the same flack as you do for items 'that's too much' wah wah wah. Etc. I charge 25K for a swoop bike. Same as I did when they launched (everyone else was 40K), and I don't intend to change. I'm already capped on artisan xp, my sps are all spent and will stay that way, and they take a TON of metals I could use on other things that people pay more for, so what incentive do I have to drop them? SMugglers got the same issue... Many have completed their template. You got to be master to make cash at it. Once mastered, slicing xp is worthless. So...Why slice? For money. No other reason, and if the money isn't worth it,don't do it. I've paid up to 10K a peice for smuggler slices, and don't have a problem with it at all. I can sell a BER13 harvester for nearly 10 times what I can sell an 11 or 12 for, we're talking 300K and up on a good day, why shouldn't others be able to benefit for their expertise? I see a master ID, I usually end up paying 25-30K, and don't care, for the same reason.
Just remember, as a master smuggler, you can do solo missions just fine, for decent cash. Slicing is something you do as a favor to the community, not the other way around. So don't listen to the babies who cry it's 'too much' and charge what you think your time is worth.

I charge 4k for singles (ie 1 weapon, or two armor pieces), and 3k for a full set of armor

I used to charge on a % basis 1k-9k, but i was always trying to find pens to keep track of all my slices when doing armor and bulk slicing. So now i charge 4k for under 20% and 8k for over 20%. I get ok bussiness, but im done with slicing until the smuggler revamp. Im with mackle and we all should be. everyone will complain to the devs that they cant find slicers and the prices will go crazy, then we can start slicing again for outrageous prices that many people wont be able to afford. Hopefully this will catch the devs attention and the smuggler revamp wont be delayed a minute past JTLS.

I've changed my title to businessman and I no longer slice other than the weapons I buy myself and put up for sale on my vendor.
Right now I've got almost 200 weapons on my vendor, all sliced
