Haggling is part of the smuggler trade. Price is always negotiable.

Please add: Don't talk to your smuggler and expect him to answer you back while he's preforming the slice unless you're deliberately trying to get him/her to hit theenter key and ruin your item.

Funny, I only use 99.9% WUKS and AUKSand NEVER get below 19% on ANYTHING. I average 32%. Not so random for me

Do not advertise what you do not know. I used normal unexperimented about 10% id guess, and NEVER broke 29% till i switched. averaged at 23%. I was quite disappointed because i worked to master in hopes of better slices, then found out to acheive my best i need the kits. So dont go spewing things out till you know for sure

Amen.. just two days ago, I had a guy on Starsider... (because of my honor, name withheld).... who told me to go F my **edit** mother, etc. etc. etc. because I gave him my standard price of 2k per item, on a set of armor. I'm not on 24 hours aday, I don't know the current "acceptable price", don't really care. He told me he could get the whole set done for between 2 and 5 thousand on Tatooine. I said have a nice flight.

That's still another issue, is novice slicers undercutting price. If I'm tryin to slicing something for 2k, and they're running around doing it for free ( or the dreaded "I'll pay you!!!"), I can't compete with that. We need to set a standard amongst ourselves, and stick to it. Don't know if that's at all possible, but it sounds good.

Some examples:

- Can you be trusted? NO I CANT IM THE MASTER SMUGGLER IN ONE OF THE GALAXIES BEST KNOWN WEAPONSMITHS GUILD

- Do you have 100% Success? NO I DONT, IM A MASTER SMUGGLER, I CANT DO THINGS LIKE THAT.

- Oh, well, maybe you need more training. (after a 20% slice on speed when they wanted damage)

Quality does not matter.

I get about 10 slices that are within 2-3% from being perfect on a daily basis.

I've used both low and high quality resources for my tools and it had made no difference. Only thing i got out of it was a waste of high quality resources.

This stuff has been tested for months already.

Tool quality makes no difference, for now.

One thing I hate, I hang around and advertise so I cant get xp for slicing. I charge not a single credit for any slice I do. I dont feel its right until I reach Slicing 4 to charge people. So if I get a low slice I tell the person and if I get a high slice I tell them, its free and they dont complain. Well I had this master smuggler start a fight with me because I got a 11% slice on a guys weapon, he kept on and on about it and wanted to duel me and said how I should not charge him for it (this is where the a to b conversation happens and he was c). So here is my thing, if you see a slicer/smuggler working his trade dont bad mouth him or try to duel him. Let them work, you know how hard it is to get xp.
