You forgot the jedi's biggest enemy :

We never thought you guys would take us seriously and actually try to control the jedi population. c'mon, in our small way of thinking, everyone wants to be jedi so why stop them? But damn you b!stards are persistent! When we removed perma death and took names off the terminals didn"t you get the hint ? Ever wonder why we never fixed droids on Kashyyk or fixed the bridge exploits?So we are implementing an idea that came from where all ideas come from. The jedi think it is only fair that they get to act as bounty hunters too. I mean being a lightsaber wielding power using uber fighter with doctor abilities is okay but that gets boring . So starting now, every single bounty hunter, including your friend boba fett is now an enemy of the jedi.
