yes, and it was quite possibly one of the most mind-numbingly depressing movies i've ever seen.
I didn't mean my comment to be taken negatively... This is a well thoughtout and very creative post. I just saw this as a very sad commentary on the state of our profession.

LOL Thanks for the offers ont he clamps. Unless you all can find a way to get them to Naritus, then don't worry about it. =) I've actually rectified my clamp situation and will soon have slice IV!!! Yeah!
On another note, I'd have to say Thompson's funniest writing ever was "Fear and Loathing at the Kentuky Derby".. check it out if you haven't already. It's in the Gonzo papers Vol 1.

Read it a second time and I still get a laugh.
The "Lizard Lounge" comes to mind with a bunch of Trandos in the Mos Eisley cantina....

I would get a hold of him, but unfortunately, a few posts aobve someone posted a flash animation by someone that had already came up with "Fear and Loathing in Mos Eisley" (I had no idea when I posted this!)... In any case, not sure I'd want to rip them off, although I know I could do a much better job (especially after 2 consecutive Halloweens as Hunter S.) WeE could make something really hilarous.. we'd just need to figure out how to get two people in a landspeeder and find a mynock spawn. =)

Has anyone noticed that the originality on the Smuggler Forum has been at a high lately?
I think hard times make us want to share our feelings more with each other... misery loves company.
This same thing happened on the rifleman forum many moons ago.
