I am wondering if they are dropping after this hot fix Krayts have been drooping COMP armor things since the hotfix it might be these have been broken as well

Your Pilot trainer gives duty missions - even after you Master.
For Corsec, its the guy at the Mining Outpost cantina - the Black Sun transport one I think. It's an escort mission that starts out slow then gives you wave after wave of 4 Tier 4 Blacksun at a time. It's great to take a Tier 3 wingman on these too for them to get exp, they eat it up quick.
