For the sake of the Slicing Gods, avoid Kauri if your looking for RP. I made it outta that gulag a few months back and haven't regretted a minute of it. Even if I did have to start from almost scratch on SS.

On the RP forums, you can get a bit of a feel for the different servers (as this question comes up all the time).

On the Kettemoor board we have a list of RP cities and PAs that you might want to check out.

I made an alt on Starsider once, and was very impressed with the random RP in Mos Eisley. I'm told the same is true in EuroChimera, though I've never seen it. I think that's because I logged in during non-peak hours for Europe, though.

My main server is Valcyn...yes we have rp but is small groups and hard to get into them sadly. For real rp I would suggest Starsider..I have an alt there I really should play more but being broke and a newb after CU I was just too lazy to work on her more. Valcyn has all my 2 yrs of stuff I have collected, all my friends, my rl hubby, and is home for me. If not I would transfer my main to SS in a heartbeat.

Valcyn RP seems to have cooled off atm.....that or I made someone mad, not sure which...

The biggest problem I've noticed on Valcyn, is the clique's. If you aren't in one of them, refuse to pucker to the proper butt cheek, or are more into doing your own thing, but still wanna try valcyn, I'd suggest being a rebel if you want to RP.

My suggestion, and this is from personal observation, Starsider seems to be the best place for a new character interested in RP.
