/panic
was down to 200k between my two characters the other day. I decided to make a 90% base 12% stun suit, bought a uber VK, and okay Scatter, a crate of PH to slice and a loud of junk as well as Crates of Foods and Meds. Went from about 6 million down to 200k in about 2 days 
Luckly I had a load of stocked up resources that I could sell at 1.5 cpu
sitting happy with 2.5 million in the bank now but I'm sure I'll find something to spend it on.

Yeah that's my issue I tend to belong to the Rebellion where our stuff kind of sucks 
hopefully this will change with the combat revamp..

Maybe I should just up the price for slicing from 5k to like 8k or 10k. I'd hate to do that though..but you gotta make a living somehow..

Is that the going rate? lol I can recall it use to be 100% x the slice then I was like no way as prices sky rocketed. I started charging 5k per slice but since the solo nerf I'm not really making any cash..I thought about increasing the charger per slice

I charge between 10-15k

Yeah, I charge 10k a slice with special exceptions for bulk orders and newbies. Plus, never underestimate the power of the customer's offer... I made 60k slicing 1 VK and 3 locked containers the other day.

I had one person buy 50+ items from me about 2 weeks agao. I think they were decorating a guild hall or something but I made some good money off of it.

I love being a smuggler and I would never give it up but I really need to figure out how to make credits.
An example of how fast loot can give ya credits. I was krayt hunting with 3 friends. (the triple master makes a pretty darn good tank against canyons and juvies) We had a rotating loot order. I looted 3 premium pearls. made 15 million. SO if you have some friends ya trust, try that.

LOL well if I was lucky enough to loot three pearls I'd prolly keep them lol (Alt is a Jedi).
I did try the caves and weapon place last night, but on my server there was no spawn at the caves on Talus, and the Weapon Facilty was being camped by a Jedi. I'll sure give it some more tries.

the aakuan caves are on a hour and ten min timer. I've also had decent luck clearing out the Nym Stronghold for high powerd vibro motors. Have a good WS make some enhansed VKs with em. With a good damage slice these can pull in 750k-1.5 million (at least on my server). I've also had decent luck with tuskans (though the fort is usually camped to hell). A place that you might not have thought about is the Erran Sif POI on Talus. I've looted a few nice things there. If you are a rebel there are allways stormtroopers. I've looted some really nice +5 CAs and AAs of them. There is a non POI atatic spawn north of Coronet that has stromtroopers and rebel troopers allways spawning. You can rack up FP and loot in no time there
