Got to be a decent cuban or panamanian panatella every time. Romeo y Juliettas are just too damn' much. Add in a reserve Courvoisier or Armagnac and you have one happy smuggler. Scotch with cigars? What are you people, boxing promoters? Have you no taste at all?
Scotch is an aperatif, you drink a whisk(e)y, (Scotch, Irish, Bourbon if you're an ignorant savage) before a good meal, wine during, dessert wine with the sweet course and THEN you some your cigar. With a brandy. You infidels.

@tee No luck with google, got to see my bookstore about it.
They are, but what they are emphatically not is panatellas. A panatella is a slim cigar. Frederick Tranter and Sons of Bath (UK) blend a perfect one for my tastes.
