if you know want to get into buying an selling faction points you might find the following macros useful
FactionArmour
/conversationstart;
/pause 1;
/ui action conversationResponse3;
/pause 1;
/ui action conversationResponse1;
This puts you into the window with faction armour and weapons
FactionFerniture trees
/conversationstart;
/pause 1;
/ui action conversationResponse3;
/pause 1;
/ui action conversationResponse0;
This puts you into the window with faction Ferniture
FactionInstallations
/conversationstart;
/pause 2;
/ui action conversationResponse3;
/pause 2;
/ui action conversationResponse3;
This puts you into the window with faction Instaltions
Alot less clicking to worry about. I just had to buy around 50 piece of faction gear and if I had made these macros before I started it would have been alot quick
Good work on the update mate

yep was just popping into the mention that. I was overt last night or chaning from overt to covert or something like that. You may have to change the first conversation numbers in these cases. Oh and you have to be overt to buy instalitions remember

Just a quick question and I apologize if it was covered in detail earlier in this thread but I didn't see it ::ducks head::
But my smuggler character is a non human imperial(mon calamarian) and I've heard that non humans get docked somehow in the exchange of faction points but I'm not totally clear on this. So basically I was wondering if someone could explain to me how being an imperial non human character effects the way I purchase AND trade in faction points.
Thanks!

Aliens don't suffer any penalties for simply the buying and trading of raw FP.
The only place the penalty comes into play is in the buying and trading of faction perks (bases, turrets, furniture, etc.).
For FP though, the only "penalty" you get is the rank ratio for the /del command (which is explained in the first post)...and that's for all species, humans included...no special penalties for aliens.
Hope that clears it up for ya.

Thanks for the helpful reply!
One last question is that ratio of trading in faction perks still 3 - 1?

Depends on your species...some are 2x and some are 3x...

Thanks to the help of LaughingWolf, the /del ratio table is now more accurate and precise than before. She patiently waited while I tested each rank as I progressed up the ladder at one of the blue frogs on TC-Gorath.
