Well you need to remember that BH's are not the sherriffs of the galaxy. THey are criminals also ot a sort. The empire has disdain for them. So really should they be the ones to slap us on the hand for doing illegal things?
Also you need to remember not all smugglers are a tripple threat and quite a few would be owned by BH's. Since we have pvp by consent you couldnt really cause visibility by the normal actions today of a smuggler. However as a person suggested quests would be an idea. If the reward was good enough you would see people makeing a choice to do the quest or not knowing the fact that if they did it they would gain visibility.
You need to cosider theprofession by itself and not what people may add to it.

Are we taking suggestions from someone banned from the game and cannot keep in touch with what is happening?
