I too am sadly growing tired of my home server of two years..sigh. The RP on Valcyn is a bit elitist..and I really want to RP...so I guess I will start up a character on Starsider and see how it goes.

Well Malina Harkness now resides on Starsider..and wow the nunas killed her. Dang mean nunas, I shall have my revenge I tell ya! I get to work my way up to smuggler as a total newb character..cdef and all. Should be fun, see ya around!

Now to find out where the RP hotspots are and where the rebels hang out..though I might go imperial if convinced..who knows?

There's a lot of RPers in Eisley, as well as the towns of Farpoint and Farpoint Valley on Tat. By the way, anybody on Starsider who hasn't already should join the SIN chat channel. Bunch of us hang around in there.

Heck, Starsider is home to severalCorrespondents, lots of forum "Guide writers", and some of the most active Forum members around. You're in good company.

Of course, the way Jnoh sees it, there's already too much competition...

Ahh, phase one is nearly complete. Soon Starsider will be home to all of the smugglers! Mwuahahahahahaha! And then... and then.... ... uhm... ...uh...

OK, so I haven't really thought about phase two yet.

Phase one: Get all smuggler (and pilots) to come to starsider.

Phase two: . . . . .

Phase three: Profit!

See, that's where I'm stuck. I've never been good at phase two.

*looks at cargo hold full of hawtpants* I don't even know what I was thinking there.

Phase 4 is usually "rule ze vorld" if that helps.

Seriously though folks, anyone out there who is new to Starsider and wants to get a little arpee action, Eisley usually has a lot going on. Tomo's right about Farpoint and Farpoint Valley, there's also Kyu'mai and vartious other hotspots - such as Tergill - scattered around the Galaxy but these, worthy though they are, tend to depend very much on a certain time of day to get any occupation.

Eisley on the other hand is pretty safe (in a completely unsafe kind of way). Even these days when everyone and his hamster is off exploring Kashyyyk, you can usually find RP in Mos Eisley. And that's the reason that they'll go back to Eisley when the shine wears off the new expansion.

Feel free to call on Cael if you need IC interaction or OOC support or backup for training groups, resource runs or pilot missions.

I did in fact wander into Eisley last night to find about 8 people in the cantina doing freeform rp. I seriously think I have found my new home, everyone has been great I have met and you have no idea how nice it is to find somewhere to rp...without huge storylines and a limited cast. So if you see a gal beating up nunas and such or just hanging around that would be me more then likely..make sure to say hi!

By that I suppose you mean support in the form of volunteering the Voodoo and Arcane Motive?

Only if you and Sapience feel like it. For anything below Tier4 and neutral or imperial, Widowmaker should be able to help a lot.

[edit] Arsani, i've added myself to your thread. This is a great sacrifice, considering i swore to steer clear of the Starsider board. I get all the drama i need (and so much more) in-game.
