For me at least trust is "earned" by giving us aFIRM schedule for Smuggler Revamp with FIRM specifications and then MEETING that schedule. Then, and only then, has my trust been earned.
Sorry Tiggs but SOE fooled us the first time and shame was on them. The second time they fooled us shame was on us. There isn't going to be a third time for me. I simply won't believe ANYTHING until I've seen it scheduled and the schedule met.
As much as I hate to be cynical, I can attest that SOE/Devs have created an atmosphere here where distrust is the action word of the forum. Your predecessors have dug a large, very deep hole and then bailed.
Having been in the game since the start and a Master Smuggler for over a year, it is uplifting to see how many people have continued on despite the lack of attention, broken promises, dashed expectations etc foisted on this community by the Devs. Those of us still here are, rightfully so, extremely wary of taking anything stated by a Red Name at face value. So much has been spoken of then either pushed back, re-stated in an entirely different context or simply blown-off it has been the epitome of a failed Developer-Customer interaction and communication.
Put simply, Actions, NOT Words is what we expect to see going forward. Anything less will be met with more disgust, anger, hostility than even this forum has seen in the past.

Uh...there's a format?
We followed those threads...and even changed directions about halfway down the first page based on a response YOU made to one of those other threads...
You wanted to get to know the community...so...you got it with both barrels and then some. That thread is a very accurate representation of the Smuggler community and our problems. If that's not what you are asking for in the other profession forums, please clarify this for me...for this community. What format would you prefer? Sugar-coated happiness and flowers? If that's it, you're in the wrong forum...

I sincerely apologize that I did not take full advantage of this last night while Tiggs was giving us her attention. In my tired state, I went soft and let an opportunity pass by.
I will endeavor to do better in the future, no matter how sleep-deprived I am.
