well if you want to buy imp fp, just go to the nearest group of stormies and start shouting the empire sucks, and maybe throw in a /slap or a /kiss here and there, and a npc will come up to you and say 'psst, do you want to buy some faction points'

At what level of smuggler do you need to be, so that you can buy faction points.
My main smuggler is a master, but I was thinking about taking a alt to smuggler just so he can buy and sell faction. But I was needing to figure out how many skill points I would need to do it.

I was reading the faq thread, and it said that we buy FP from the recruiter. After these changes, is that still the case, and anyone know what the rate for up to buy it is?

Still the same. As A Master Smuggler of Col rank I can get 1370 fp for 100K.

Cries of Alderaan was SOE's first attempt at monthly content. The different Faction sides would get bonuses depending on how many people completed said quest for each side.
The quests were suppose to be monthly but instead they only released 3 of em... and who ever won the quest last has had the bonus since. The bonus for faction was an additional amount of faction for each kill / buy. So when I buy 1350 faction, I get an extra 125 for the Alderaan bonus.

Didn't think the Alderaan fp added, thought that was separate and useless. Guess I need to pay more attetion to what amount is added.
