No problem, but as you can see with the parsed results I quoted, over 1300 weapon slices, and he never had anything below 15% on a weapon.
These results compliment my own, that is why I am rather skeptical that people are getting less than 15% slices on weapons as a master smuggler

Mine have been running about the same accept for one night I had horrid luck, and performed about 12 free slices. Other than that they have been about normal for me.

I've been getting very high encum slices lately, mostly 30 percent and over.I've had a few low ones here and there but nothing out of the ordinary.

My slices haven't changed. I got a 34% damage slice just yesterday.
I've gotten as low as 11% armor effectiveness but I can't recall one damage less than 15% since I made master way back in Sept-Oct last year.
I don't think things have changed. I can recall numerous posts over the last year of players suspecting a change but it always just seems to be exceptionally good or bad luck run.

My alt has been a master smuggler for 2 months and slices weapons for my shop. He has had 1 slice below 15% on a weapon. I know because it was a $#$%# scythe! He hasn't seemed to have any change in luck, however.
And now, the age old question - any proof as to whether the quality of the WUK, Clamp, and/or Knife has effect on the percentage average?

I finally sliced something good for myself the other day. My ubese ended up with a jacket, pants andR bracer all with 43% encumb and I got a 35% effect on the helm. YEEEAAAAHHH. I don't want to talk about my own weapons though
I did think it was weird when my friend came up to me with 3 scyths and they all got 23% damage slices. Go figure.

They stealth nerfed weapon repairs a couple publishes ago, so it wouldn't surprise me if they got slicing too.

i got my first sub 15% slice in 4 months as a master yesterday. 13% on a helmet
what's worse is that i'm getting higher slices now, but they all go the wrong way. 33% speed on a crafted geo blaster for a master bounty hunter / pistoleer and the same on an acklay stun baton yesterday. Once someone starts praying for damage on spatial it goes completely the other way.
maybe i've been inflicted with a comedy dev joke?

OBSERVATIONS AND COMMENTS:
-- Notice that slice types for both weapons and armor are fairly close to 50-50, as expected.
-- Notice the drop-off in numbers at either end of the scales:
Slices are NOT evenly distributed near the ends of the Percentage ranges!
-- Notice that I have NOT ever gotten a 35% Effectiveness slice.
-- Not sure why the large number of 24% Effectiveness slices (seems a little out of whack)
Anyway... thought this might be of general interest to the community
Well for one this isa great stat report. I haven't exactly kept track as I see you have but my slices are about the same. Still think it is rediculous to get anything below a 20% slice with 100% WUK's and AUK's.... But we all know this....

Last night, I sliced a crate of T21's for my main...
Heh...
Got TWO damage slices....Out of 25 rifles...690K basically wasted....

WHY are you still buying (or making) WUKS and AUKS with 100% statistics? GreenMarine already said they wanted to have tool experiementation affect the slice, but they didn't have enough time to put it into the game. You're just wastingtime, effort, and credits....
As for slicing being broken:
Last night I sliced 28 pieces of armor. A couple encumbrance slices were in the 20s, most were in the 30s, and two of them were above 40. The effectiveness slices were in the 20s with one 11%. Maybe I'm 'stealing' all the high slices from the people that are getting all the low slices? Mwah ha ha ha ha.....
Would people PLEASE stop freaking out every time a publish goes in and thinking that something horrible has happened?
