Thread: Smuggler missions and why we need them?

The slicing changes need a revamp.

What kind of game do you think you have here?
Is interdependency gone, totally out of the design. Don't you see anymore what makes (made) this game so greta in theory.
If you stick a terminal up with delivery Mission keep them.
IF YOU (here is the point) THINK ABOUT SMUGLING AS IMPROVING JUST ONE PROFESSION YOU HAVE LOST ALL ORIGINALITY.

In short if you do it right it will touch many professions and enhance things for many more people then just smugglers.
How can you be so dead wrong.
Han solo was a smuggler - damn it - star wars remember that. It's just as important as Jedi.
You are totally out of touch not only with us, but with the game, with creativity, with star wars.
You lost it. YOu totallly lost it. You absolutly don't deserve to be here, or near anything that needs creativity.

Ahem, anyways, what you say here is exactly right... We really are looking to be able to SMUGGLE, as our primary concern... But it just boggles me how hard it would be to add this is!!! With the time it takes to make all these quests you guys are making, wouldn't it not be very time consuming to give us at least SOMETHING? We already have all the elements in terms of moves to give us some interesting missions... We just need a purpose to have to get away to SOMEPLACE by means of a mission, to utilize them how they should. But could you at least keep us up to date at what you are thinking about adding, even if it isn't definate? If you continue to leave us in the dark, we will continue to feel ignored, and people will continue to quit. Even if you don't add it in, it will still let us know it is being worked on.

i would like to ask, what about the "In Concept" Smuggling missions thread that was up for a good part of 2005?
those outlined a plan that would seem to do exactly what you are talking about here in this thread
