Precisely! I'm not saying we can't be pesimistic and cynical and that we have to change our beloved personality. But when/if Tiggs posted like in the past couple days, we don't need to be blasting her. It doesn't accomplish anything. And yeah, everyone loses their cool every once in a while. CLICKY. Ugly huh?

This is the method in action. I noticed the January date for us (as did many others) passing. So I madea thread about it. Then I sent Tiggs an ordinary PM that said she should check something out. She did. Then I sent another PM replying to her that said "thanks for the post, but here's what we're really after." She said she'd see what she could do. And today she posts and tells ussome ofwhat we needed to know (We're being worked on using our feedback and information). I have just sent another reply back saying thanks for the information and that she stop in along the road to drop usanupdate and notify us of any changes.

That's all there was to it. I didn't beg, I didn't grovel, I didn't play a Dev fanboy, didn't threaten, didn't incite, didn't flame. I just was professional. Told her there was aconflictwith a date they published and a promise they made and there ya go.

LOL! I don't know about it yet, honestly. I'm getting into the meatier parts of school and I see Wes as doing a great job currently. And it'd think it'd be a while before we see the position open up since the CU is starting up.

Besides, you (Geevo), Dreven, JTG, fishbrains, and probably more are just more qualified. CLICKY I don't think the community would be too accepting of me over any of the those guys. And for good reason

I'm just trying to do what I can to help out the community and the profession.

In the immortal words of Burt Gummer: "Doin' what I can with what I got." I just don't anyone getting the wrong idea about my agendas in taking active steps in tracking down Tiggs and trying to get a cooler atmosphere around here that Devs would find more receptive.
