today i was at the cantina saying that i slice a guy came near and said
guy: can you slice me and my pants ?
lol what the ...?

When I'm standing around Starports waiting for the big ugly shuttles, I usually yell my slicing/spicing macro once or twice. If there are no takers, then I just get bored and do silly things.
Last night waiting to fly out of Coronet, nobody was biting. So I yelled a new macro:
"Need something sliced? Weapons? Armor? Throats?"
Didnt get any business, but I got a couple of laughs. One girl asked me if I could track down her ex-husband.

heh, I have a good story, happened to me last night.
Dude: *challenges me to duel*
Note: I was holding a cdef pistol, and had novice brawler over my head.
Me: ?
Dude: **edit**
Note:At this point I'm switching to my VK, cause secretly I'm a tkm
Me:*accepts duel*
*fight goes on for about 4 secs, do knockdown then do 2 unarmed hit 3's. Guy gets inapped*
Dude: *gets up walks away*
this was the highlight of my night for sure. He was a BH, who had a LLC in his hand. Wosrt thing was, I got him in 3 hits. It was pretty pathetic.

I just got some great buffs and am off to Endor to wipe out the filthy Hanadaks. I'm about to board the shuttle in Theed when I get a tell from some guy asking if I can slice 5 weapons for him. I say sure, because there is no way I can miss the shuttle in Theed. The guy shows up.
Guy: I'll pay you twice your rate if you slice these the way I tell you to.
Me: <sigh> It's completely random, you know.
Guy: <trades> First thing in the trade window is 5 muzzle powerups, then 5 DLT20a rifles.
Me: <cancels trade, hops shuttle to Endor>
Guy: Where did you go? I need these things sliced, man!
Me: I'm not an exploiter, find another smuggler.
Guy: It's not an exploit!!!111!!!
Me: Yeah, right.Adding a powerup while slicing is considered an exploit.
Guy: Nope, it's an ingame feautre <sic>
Me: /report Guy Well, hopefully the CSR will contact you and straighten you out.
Guy: You reported me? You worthless **edit**!!!
Me: Why are you so upset if it's "an ingame feautre"?
Guy: <10 minutes of profanity-laced tirades>
Guy1: You reported my friend? <more profanity-laced tirades>
Guy2: <questions the legitimacy of my birth, whether my father was a barnyard animal or not>
Me: /report Guy; /report Guy1; /report Guy2 Good luck with the CSR, guys =]
Oddly enough, all 3 guys went strangely silent soon after.

hehe this is the greatest thread that i have ever read. i spent probably 2 hours on it too. thing that i cannot understand is that we are supposed to over accomidate. i mean, if say your total comes to 25200 credits, your person will ask if 20000 credits is okay. does this happen to any other profession? after doctors buff (previously agreeing on price of course) do they say, "how about i pay you less"? i pride myself on being nice, but come on lol. if only we could set up some sort of "slicing vendor"

LOL, I've been thinking about going smuggler. Now I know why. I used to be a comedian on the side in Tuskens Bane. If I go smuggler, I'll have enough material to come out of retirement, LOL.

This happened to me today. I was in Cornet starport waiting on the shuttle when this guycomes up to measking if I could slice a LLC for him...this is where it started to go down hill.
all this took place in the spaital chat
Guy: Hey, can you slice a weapon for me?
Me: Sure
Guy: I want it sliced for damage, very big number!
Me: (sigh) well its totally random
Guy: So you'll slice its speed then, great!!
Me: No, I could slice for speed, or damge, its all random.
Guy: Ok, lets try
Me: k, I charge 3k for weapons
**<trade> Lucky for me and him I slice for 32% speed**
Me: Ok slice for 32% speed
Guy: Sweet!!!
**<trade again>**
Guy: Why wont you click accept!?!
Me: Wiating for you to put money in.
Guy: you d**k, you never said you charge!! Give me my gun now A$$!!!!
Me: Well yes I did, but once again its 3k
Guy: I can't pay that, **edit** you man!!!
Me: Well do you have any cash, my service is not free
**<guy tips me 3k>**
Guy: Ok give it now!!
Me: ok here ya go...good luck

**for the next 4min the guy stood by my side spamming the spaital that I am a cheat, and what not. Eventually six ppl eventuall told the guy to shut the f**k up, and started to defend me and the smuggler profession, and I reported him**
In all my time so far I never came across a costumer like this, and I was shocked by the reaction from the others around me( which none of them I knew)

This happend when I just had become master smuggler. Sitting at the science outpost on Dathomir waiting fora team from my PA to join up for a hunt.
Siting there, this dude comes up, and asks me for a slice, sure enough I say "the usuall 100c per % sliced, bla bla totally random, luck is everything bla bla". This is also at a point where sliced fwg'5s turns out as speedsliced 8 times of 10 (and I still belive they do, or I am just jinxed =))
Either way:

Dude: Can you slice my Fwg 5?
Me: Sure, but I warn you these babies rarlely turns out as dam slices.
Dude: No problems here is the gun!
Trading takes place, he gives me a 1.1s FWG 5, around 250 max dam. A krayt no less.
Me: Here it goes, slicing now.
Me: aawww *argh* sorry dude, a 22% speedslice.
Dude: WOOOHOOOO that is so TOTALY what I wanted.
Me: eh?
Dude: /tip hawi 50000
Me: eh?
Me: *add to friendslist - dude: totally insane, but rich*
