Yep im loving it, i still have around 50 crates each of wuks and auks from pre slicing changes. I get on average 1 icb per wuk crate and maybe 4 or 5 finely crafted toolkits. Ive kept a little supply for my self (i normally only slice for guild, but i will public slice for outrageous prices) and put the rest up on the vendors. Hopefully i can make a tidy little profit here and pick up an adk or two. I put 3 icbs on my vendor last night for about 1.2 mil each, be interesting to see if i sold any when i log back in tonight.

This might be a silly question, but why would ICB's bring in so much? I was under the impression that damage was the first thing that's maxed by your everyday weaponsmith.

Now I have to go head over to the trade forums...

On Tarquinas I generally see the Simple Toolkits going for around 5k. Dunno about the others as I haven't looked.

ICB's bring in so much because..

1. They are rare

2. Everyone wants the best slice you can give them. So they are the best..

3. They are willing to pay the price.. I have done about 7 of these types of slices... at first they were around a mil... then 1.5 mil. then 2... now 2.75 to just buy them from a vendor... If the customer wants it, make sure they are aware of the price... and if they say yes, go and grab it. hehe.

Kauri's prices on the parts are very similar to chilastra's it seems.

Found a schem for 900 auks today! and yes, they are still usable

That's not what I SELL them at . That's what I BUY them at. And right now...the lines are long and the demand is high. When the kits get rarer, and I must purchase at a higher price, I have no problem THEN passing the increased cost onto the customer (I'm prepared to do that). Yet right now, the credits are flying like Bees in Honeysuckle Season. Themoney is more than 25xbetter thanit ever was before pub19. Why? Because I'm THE cheapest on the server. People are secretly coming to me because I'm cheaper than their guildies. No joke.

I look at it this way: what I may'lose' inprofit/item is morethan made up for with volume. What I will not do: agree to pay 2mil for an ICB. If it comes to me at 300K, great (bought 3 in last7 days at this price...bought 100+ DTAs, Intraframes, Toolsets, Micro Plates, etcjust today...all at the price listed in my previous post). Its not impossible. I just set the market on my server...making me quite the popular smuggler right now. When the kits run out on the server, and the prices go up...so be it. But I'll have retired a rich man by then...knowing that I took a pissed-off player-base (not wanting to pay high prices), and exploiting it to my financial advantage. If making 15 million/week is 'poor' to you, than I envy you. Because that is 'all' I'm making right now.

Personally, I'm a smuggler not a slicer. So anything I slice will be for free and for guildies or newbies only - as I see fit. Mainly though, the slicing is for me :-)

I have a featherweight FWG schematic, an illegal core booster, and an ADK all ready to go when I hit cl54.
