Chilastra has places you can pick up simples for 1k. DTAI go about 35k on. powered motivators bout 40k. the ICB i sold 2 at 2 mil. one by itself the other in a D3 S1 C1 slice on a Necrosis looted rifle. sold em high cause i paid high.

Sand Storm Army I refuse to pay stupid prices for slicing supplies, luckly i have a good guild who will give me them for free and in return i slice for my guild for free because i get more than enough components.
Prices will keep rising as long as people will spend stupid money to get them if you want prices to drop stop buying them and wait till they get really low and then start buying them because by spending stupid money for components only makes the prices rise even higher, for example on Ahazi ive seen people selling illegal core boosters most commonly at 2 million and one guy even selling 1 at over 3 million.
There have been large discrepencies between galaxies so I have pdated by Galaxy.
Updates for Ahazi, Chilastra, Corbantis, Eclipse and Gorath.

Here is my 'offer list' on Sunrunner (what I offer to buy components at):
25K for Fine Toolset, Shock Pad, Micro Plate, Motivators, Intraframes.....50K for DTA.....300K for ICB
If I get berated for those prices (which I do constantly, with some demanding I pay 5mil for an ICB), I simply reply, "Not a tone to get a deal done..." /addignore
Good news: many are selling at these prices, allowing me to keep my slicing prices VERY low...passing the savings on to the clients. Which makes me a popular guy to my clients. In the end, this is what will drive the prices down. The Smugglers themselves REFUSING to pay the high prices for components, and then REFUSING to jack the price up for slicing. But who am I kidding. Smugglers will still pay these outrageous prices fortools, and ultimately pass the cost (and then some) onto the end-user. I just refuse to take part in it myself.
