First off - glad to hear you were all right Antonius - nothing puts a damper on a day like a car mishap!
Now, to continue the hijacking of your thread ![]()

Yeah, they're coming...and since they took the In Concept thread about them down I'd just bet they're coming in the same way the slicing changes did; bearing NO resemblance to what we discussed blindly amoung ourselves for FIVE FREAKING MONTHS.
I mean seriously people, what do you have to say about a development team that posts In Concept and then lets us discuss it for so long without ONE WORD in response. Then simply removes the discussion and gives us something TOTALLY DIFFERENT?
At this point Spinning - the only thing that would surprise a Smuggler is if the missions arrive in game IN the form that the In-Concept docs specified. I suspect that most Smugglers are aware of what we're going to get.
Cheers

Clever marketing? We have been paying for our subscription during these five month, haven´t we?
Maybe we should switch from beer and pies to carrots, since that is apperently all it takes to keep us paying. Just a small carrot and a very long stick.
Oh, and I love your new sig.

Sorry to derail, but good luck on getting insurance to pay for your car (they will only pay their version of market value of your totaled vehicle, anyway).
I T-boned a guy that ran a stop sign in front of me. The entire front of my Durango was missing from the wheels forward. The accident even bent the frame of my SUV. The bill for repairs came out to just over $12,000 and my vehicle blue booked at $15,000 at the time. They repaired my vehicle instead of totalling it. Now, because of the damage, it is worth half of the blue book.
Wow..I didn't mean to sound so depressing, but good luck. Maybe your deal will go better than mine!

God I hope it goes better than that. The blue book on my car was around $11k. The rear axel is bent, the passenger side rear fender is dented from the collison. The roll onto the driver's side means the entire driver's side of the car is a hug dented scratch and the frame is bent. The driver's side doors only open 30% of the way. The rear bumper is all messed up and the entire driver's side rear tail light assembly was ripped off completely. I can't imagine that its fixable. I'll find out in a couple days.

Well, it sounds like you will have enough damage to get them to total it (yay!?). My SUV only needed the front quarter panels and grill and hood as far as body work. Body work add up really quickly, and a new frame is expensive, so, you may break the 'totaled' threshold after all.
Whouda think that would be a good thing!
