You will notice that with today's publish some of the weapon strings/cert names/descriptions/examine info may be different from what is expected. There are no new weapons in today's publish, as Tiggs pointed out. Some text changes that are part of a larger weapon change have been erroneously (or prematurely, rather) pushed to TC. Hopefully we'll have the rest of that change published within the next.... soon. So, ignore anything that says 'Assault Bowcaster', 'E11 Mark II', or anything else of the sort.
looks like things more than likely will change.

Which reminds me, in accordance with my post about them folks trying to steal our certs, there's another Pistoleer petition to try and get the DL44 certed as a Master Pistoleer weapon... ARGGGGGGGHHHHHH It's time for a keelhaulin

Oh, I've been all over that one! I think that if DL44's got taken away from smugglers, it might be worth quitting the game over for me.
And what's this about removal of scopes and such? Does that mean my sweet-looking Krayt DL-44s with Imperial scopes and fancy barrells will look like normal ones again? Gosh, I hope not... Those are some beautiful guns!

Well that really bites. Master Pistoleers get the DE-10 cert, the DL-44 really should be a Master Smuggler cert.
Plus it should have been the regular black one not that shiny metal one...sheesh.

What about all the new guns smuggler already gets? ...so far pistoleer had not gotten one...
