Mine isnt a Good experience but a funny one. At leat funny to my friends that I was grouping with. 
I was hunting with my friend on Talus hunting them Giant turtle type things (forgot name). I has gotten there with my land speeder, and parked it while we went hunting. We got our butts handed to us by them turtle things, so I had to FD in order to save my skin. Since I was FD and my partner was KO'd I decided to go downstairs and get something to drink, when I came back upstairs I saw to my horror that the beasts were stomping on my Landspeeder and trashing it. I freaked out and got up and ran over to save it, them beasts were trashing my baby!! needless to say I got Ko'd AND my speeder got trashed.. The lesson I learned = Dont go AFK while FD'd......

I remember one occasion where we recieved a call that some fellow rebels needed a smuggler to help them blow a base. Not having a buffer in town I asked if they had someone to buff me at the combat location. They said they did. When I arrived they said the buffer was inside the base, just as I started begging for buffs looking for the term they needed sliced a wave of imperials rushed in and wiped everyone but me out. I feigned death. I left a distress call in /gu and one of our uber players (he had over 40 million worth of fencer weapons) decided to come and save me. It was such a great laugh as he was running around saying he was saving me. He wiped them out with minimal help from me once I recovered from the feign. It was super fun being part of a rescue. Good times by all that night.

Once or twice... my husband and I have found some... *ahem* shall we say interesting role-play opportunities utilizing feign death... *wicked grin*

My best FD xp is a little bit lame, but it got me a good amount of credits...
I was at the C-Net starport, low on cash and bored. I get an evil idea after seeing some jedi gank a bounty hunter. I start spamming Learn how to fight like a jedi, only 5000 credits for the lesson. Needless to say, the fanbois and wanna-bes start coming over to me, sending tells and bank tips.
I /yell (so the jedi can hear) If you want to fight like a jedi, do exactly what I do...
I ask one of my "students" to duel me.
I feign death.
Then, after a minute I stand up and shout, keep that up for about an hour or until your gank squad appears and you too can fight like a jedi. By the way NO REFUNDS.

My first use of FD was an accidental one. I went to loot a corpse and hit FD instead. So the next hit drops me. WTH?!? I think to myself. All night these tools hadn't even been scratching me and now all of a sudden they drop me in one hit?!? Arrgh, I can't believe this cra...

Ok I'll bite.
On corbantis we used to have the end all beat all Imperial guild called dark- They pvped like crazy. Well one day I got overt teffed somehow and thought what the heck I might as well go down fighting. So with my buffs still on I went to coronet with my armor on and expected to die instantly. Well I get there and low and behold No Imps and I'm the only rebel there. So I throw on my marine armor and pull out my old rebel trooper that was suffocating in my backpack and proceded to singlehandedly occupy the Coronet Starport for an hour.
Well long story short and after my armor was covered by spit from all the covert imps I see a Dark member load in. Well i had no way of knowing if he was overt or not but then I see 2 more load then more and more. Well I quickly threw my trooper in my pack and took all my armor off and had time to hit my "FOR THE REBELLION" when they all turn red before my eyes.
The first shot ran across the starport and beacuse I was outnumbered 10 to one I was lying on my back feigned. Well after I was completly blackbared and left for dead I got back up to find my Overt status had reverted to covert and I toddled off to get healed with all the covert rebels cheering my for surviving the wrath of Dark-

Fort Tusken:
Fighting three Tusken Chiefs (~12k ham) unarmored, but buffed. I was a 0/1/0/3 at the time. I'm wearing an all black dress vest (the nice looking ronin-like thing) and black pants boots and ?Ubese gloves (The spikes are so smugglerish). So, My Health is droppin like a stone. I only had two branides, but they were hittin health...anyway, I pop off a FD as a Swordsman comes in with his mighty hammer. Quickly finishes them off with a gouple of Scalp Smashes or somethin'.... /shrug
I stand up, /shudder, and walk away. The swordsman yells "holy sh!t!" as I am running away, chuckling to myself.

This was awhile back, on Naritus. IIRC, the last time the Smuggler update was delayed, a 'Feign-In' was staged as a protest. It was pretty funny.. Outside the starport at Theed we must have had 10-15 people FD on the ground.
Sure, it had no effect, but it was fun.

The best laugh I every got wasfirst time I used /feign. I was out hunting with a friend. His response:
"Man!! Girls fake EVERYTHING!"

Here is one that happend recently to me and a mate. I'm going triple threat and my mate is doctor/swordsman.
We decided to hunt rancors and were having a great time of it, til one lair. I get one rancor started, right next to the lairI might add,and am doing my best to actually damage him. Myfriend runs up and starts spamminghis area affect attack.
After about 30 seconds there are about 8 rancor surrounding us and I'm getting close to dying. I managed to type "You can stop hitting the lair now...I think there are enough." right before I feigned. I had a good laugh watching my bud run around in circles trying to kill all 8 of them. He managed to kill them all...barely. Now he won't attack too close to the lairs when I'm around.

Finding a loot whoring reb in the geo caves who wouldnt share the crazyed geo guys with me (even though all I wanted was white cubes). SOOOOOOOOOOOO
I burst ran through about 1/2 the cave training about a good 15 monsters after me with the nice Kwi's 
and ran right up to him and
and ran right up to him and /feigndeath
I wish I could have seen the look on his face
I know kinda mean but I share so can he and if not us smugglers have other ways of being powerful since our combat is not hehe
