My best friend in game and the mayor of our city is a Bothan. He gets a bit bent when I call him 'The Dogboy Who Would Be Mayor.' Or when I tell other people that our mayor is a pootch. Any dog related berating is humorous and gets him a bit wound up.

Veela, we do not taste like cats. We are not in fact feline, but something that surpasses the relaxed cool of of a cat. Why else would we have +95 sex speeal as a ratial bonus?

Personally I like killing stormies more...except when you go to loot them and find pink hotpants! So do they get issued those in stormie training camp..because I have found quite a few.

And Mon Cals creep me out..I think it is the big eyes...so I shoot them just so they dont stare at me!

So... after all the references to bothan meat, my interest was piqued.

I hooked up with my wookiee scout buddy last night and did a little rebel hunting. On the second mission, we scored two bothans. We picked the younger-looking one, assuming it to be more tender, field dressed him, looted his credits and headed back home.

I always enjoy barbecue, so we did some ribs first. Overall, I was kind of unimpressed. It's pretty lean meat and a little stringy and oily.

I did find, however, that marinating a roast in bantha blaster for a few hours and then slow-cooking with some veggies makes the meat much more tender and tasty.

I'm kind of full right now... but we probably have enough left over to try a few more recipes, anyone have any suggestions? The wookiee gets hungry, I don't know how long this bothan's going to last... luckily, they breed like rats, I can always find more on Dantooine.

Overall, though... I'd rather have a nice piket steak than bothan roast.

But I still enjoy killing them.
