Ok my question isn't why is this not fixed. My question is why did she not post this info here on our forums pre-emptively! All of the Devs are fully aware of this bug and how we feel about it. Why not build up some kind of good faith by addressing us directly about this. Grrr the crappyCUSTOMER support is really starting to wear on me....

Well said, I completely agree. They promised this would be fixed well before it ever went live, and they continue to fail to deliver. Its just another item we can throw on top of the pile of lies and decietful comments they've directed towards this community. How sad...

3. YOU said it wouldn't go live.
4. It DID.
5. YOU said it would get fixed.
6. It DIDN'T.
No "time slot" for it yet? That is NOT an answer that many of us can accept. Bad start I'd say...very bad start.

True, but it's not her fault, she doesn't schedual the fixes or assign priorities. Sure, once she's settled in she can push for things to get bumped up, especially with TH's ear and help, but again, it's not her decision.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no fanboi, but this isn't Tiggs' fault. She's posted more in this forum over the last few days than we've seen a dev do in weeks, so that's a plus in my book. If she comes back here and starts actually communicating (as we define it, you know,the whole two way thing the names in red don't go formost of the time

That should be a requirement for position at sony if you're going to deal with the public...a communcation course.
I could work as a consultant for them...I have a degree in Organizational Communication and I am 4 hrs away from my masters in Org. Com. as well. :-D
