I am a former Master smuggler on sunrunner and I charged 1k per % for slicing. the fact is, the slice makes or breaks a weapon. Lets get off the normal wepaons crap. who cares what kind of slice you get on anormal weapon. Its a throw away. A grinding weapon. If someone is relying on a 35% dmg slice on a normal weapon for PvP my advice to you is to go out...make some money...AND BUY A GOOD WEAPON. Krayt, acklay bone etc etc. If you have a weapon be it normal or enhanced and you get a nice fat 22% speed slice you have wasted your money. On the other hand when you get that 30-35% dmg slice you have just increased the value of the weapon ten fold. Charge more man, its the best way. I also have a master armorsmith and master weaponsmith on that server. I don't slice my stuff before sale because you can hide crappy weapons behind good slices. Then are you really selling your weapons or your smugglers good slicing (of which you probablty paid him 2-5k for while you made a ton off it). If you wanna make money as a smuggler go sell faction. Take the time to become a colonel in your faction and start selling faction. If you want the delegating macro make a char on sunrunner and email me, I will give it to you (Rillians). I made millions seling faction and also making contacts, buying low and selling high and more or less being a smuggler instead of a....slicer or....dirty fighter. Make your contacts, build your rep, then rip people off =-). Everyone else does, and remember anytime both parties walk away from a deal happy no one really got ripped. Good luck

you take it the wrong way, selling sliced goods is the best/easiest way I know to make money, it's been months I didn't have to grind missions for money, the dollars just came into my account as I log in, and I can do whatever I want.
u wanna slice for public and get 5k a slice ? well, that's your choice
I wanna offer to my custommers a weapon sliced just as they want ? then it's my choice and my business
people sell sliced weapons since the game started.
as an ex custommer, I prefer pay 100k more for a well sliced weapon, rather than having to buy a crate of 25' (wich will cost me more than the extra 100k) and still hope for a good slice, ending up destroying or discounting 20+ items I don't know what to do with.
just think about it, if you had to choose, would you spend 200k in a crate of weapons, and still be NOT SURE you'll get a good slice out of it (cause you can get all crappy slices out of 25 weapons), or spend 100k to get the 30%+ damage sliced weapon you want.
it's just common sense, not our fault if you miss that one...

Well I am a master smuggler/master pistoleer.
I have 2 AS's and 1 WS I slice for.
Make friends with the crafters that build the things you slice.
Besides its better to be paid in bulk than depend on random tells

Yep Bria/infinity/corbantis.Bria is My Fav!!! I have found Most NON PVP persons on Bria to beof Higher Quality. Not one that will tell you How to Play a game. But Help. If my Post offended Any ofyou well Srry but im To old a Bird to Change Feathers.

you might be forgetting some important point here... people play to have fun, I'm having fun the way I'm playing the game, now I'm not going to remove myself the fun, and spend my time in some public place waiting to see who's gonna insult me next cause I land a "bad" slice on the "uber" weapon x or y.
u find it fun ? fine, I don't, end of the line. grinding faction is grinding, and grinding doesn't interrest me, I want to hang out seeing the money come in, not want to log in to grind, I'd better play tetris.
