What game is that? It is not the SWG I play, must be the super secret internal dev server...

OK, where did the rather more articulate Emporer and those AT-AT's come form ? I think that sequence with them was on Naboo.

Also, pretty funny how the shot of the BH's was of them in Mando armour considering a full set of Mandalorian is rarer than a Jedi right now.

They say that Jedi represent the best the Galaxy has to offer, they are smart, noble, wise, honourable and selfless, an example to us all. Jedi, they say, are like Eagles.
They also say that Bounty Hunters are dishonourable, cowardly killers with no respect for life or honour, who strike from ambush and exist only to kill. We are, they say, like Weasels.
Bounty Hunters are Weasels, Jedi are Eagles ? I can live with that, Eagles may soar but Weasels don't get sucked into Skyhopper jet intakes.

Instead of complaining about the specifics, why don't we all rejoice that SOE is making a real attempt at adding to its user base instead of letting us pitter out.

Heh, shame they didn't mention Smugglers as one of the iconic professions at the beginning . I noticed they conveniently talked about player cities while showing shots of an NPC city.... ah, what will those crazy boys and gals over at marketting get up to next?

Seriously though, sometimes you forget how beautiful this game is, something that trailer highlights all too well... just flying around in a group around Kessel today and I'm still in awe of the scenes of space battles around me... I just can't wait for that to translate into Smuggling through a blockade of enemy vessels... (at least that's my hope/what I prayfor, for the Smuggler side of the GCW revamp ).

I think ultimately, the future's bright ... it's just seems sodarn far away

Ugh that stupid commercial is on every 10 minutes on G4."theres always something new to do..." That made me laugh..and think about ws crafting. Also, the guy that hums the theame song in the begining makes me laugh.

A truthful comercial would be so much funnier. An hour paid programming slot displaying the wonders of gridning weaponsmith and smuggler then doing exciting windows of crafting and slicing.

Well there IS one accurate thing in the video, 50 million jedi running around, yeah thats not false advertising but Working AT-ATs? Not the the Emperor's Retreat in any live server i've been on.

- I support NO DECAY.It should be run like EQ . No 20k price cap on the bazar and everyone can craft. Its has worked for 7 years on everquest and there is no decay plenty of money and no crazy prices.

Decay is only good for crafteres and bad for everyone else.

Funny, I haven't seen Obi-wan in the game, either...

You know, I think it's great that SWG is advertising. Maybe it'll bring some new blood into the game. I'm not even all that shocked that they're using lies and misrepresenting the game in order to do it.

What makes me sad is that I should be surprised that they're doing it. I guess that tells you how much respect I have for SOE/LA.
