Thread: I think i've finally settled on my NON-BH template !

To hell with it. Master Pistoleer / Master Smuggler / Combat Medic 4000 (healing branch) or may make it 0400 (poison branch)
I love this template. Forget about PVP with it lol , but I was doing well in PVE . This template gives me a nice smuggler feel. Plus with the combat medic poison branch , it really gives you that dirty smuggler look. The other thingi like to do is wear my RIS suits, and CM allows me to.
Its all about what you like playing with. A Master Smuggler Template to me is just about avoiding a battle and surving enough to run away. I don't think we are meant to be leading a charge. Forget about dueling, if you want to PVP then try defending bases with others and add ina support role. Root an enemy and let a Rifleman / MBH finish him off. There is other ways to use this template to your advantage.
I think the problem we are having is trying to make that UBER Smuggler template for PVP purposes instead of adapting to your environment with what skills you have. Reality is, i'll never defeat my Commando/MBH friend. Just not happening

. So, enjoy whatever your template is, i'm gonna just add in that roleplay for myself. Look cool slicing weapons in my RIS suit and cause some havoc on the battle field by running and hiding lol.
The only other template i was thinking about was Master Smuggler / Master Carbineer / and some Pistol Boxes. Anyone try that one?

My template is MP/MS/CM 4000. The healing is very nice, especially for healing your friends as well. I killed two people in about 15 minutes just PvP'ing around also.
It is a very well rounded template if you have a good pistol

What do you think of the poison line in CM 0400. I havent tried it yet but it looks tempting. Maybe 1300 , can that be done. So a little poison and some healing. It might be better to just go all the way in one line that way you get the most out of it. But yeah, i love the healing option. Very nice for PVE.

Excellent post. My template is actually Master Smuggler / TKM / Master Brawler (TKM armor lets me look stylish in my TN/UA damage duster while fighting, I'm not a big fan of wearing armor). This is pretty good, I'm not the best gunslinger or the best melee guy, but it's fun and adds RP flavor.
I was a smuggler before the CU, just don't post here much. Previous template was Master Rifleman/Master Smuggler, but I figured since I had the chance I'd come back to my fistfighting template a bit. I don't think my template is uber by any means, but it's fun, and isn't that why we're playing a game to begin with?

Nice Template. Looks really nice. I was wondering what you guys think of A master smuggler/Master Creature Handler template? CH is one of the professions I've been trying to fit in somewhere. Pros/Cons?

hehe, I'm MSmuggler/MCM/Pistoleer XXX4, works in PvE pretty well, and is good enough to run away in PvP, cause I got 3 different root attacks *lol*

I think I will be going for Msmuggler, TKA, MBrawler, Novice Pike, Novice Fencer, Novice Swordsman, Don't know if the head hit, body hit, and leg hit, hit that part of the body for more damage if it is not protected, might change it a little and pick up commando 4xxx

I've gone with Master Smuggler/ Master Commando/ XX44 Pistols. Thinking of something new, but have had no problems with that one for PvE. The only PvP I did was against a Master CM/something who just used paralize and I didn't get but one shot off. I think I'll leave the PvP to the experts, lol.

I'm really torn at the moment. I want to be able to wear Battle and Assault armor(effectively) but I refuse to give up Smuggler to do it. I realize there is no way around this but it sucks. I'm not quite sure why Clone Armor isn't certified for Commando or Squad Leader but instead forDoctors, Fencers etc. Heck the guy who gives you the armor was a commando in the Clone Wars heh. Anyways, if anyone can figure out a solution to this dilema let me know.

if u have enuf skill points avail...
you can just get novie Doctor or which ever you prefer and dont train anymore than is required for the armor cert.
i've done that for commando so i can get the armor i want.

Has anyone tried the 0400 line in Combat Medic at all (for the deuterion and infect , poison dots) ? Right now i'm 4000 in CM for the healing and i like it , but i would loves some feed back on the 0400 line.
