Hopefully everyone can have it.I would have liked better shots though. Especially of the General's.Speaking of which...Isn't that cat mostly machine!? Like some force weilding, Jedi killin' machine?I heard somewhere (I think it was GL sayin' it on the DVDs) that you don't have as much force power if you are mechanical...metachlorians(sp?) being biological and all.Which is why the Empire was so interested in Luke. He was stronger than Vader because he was more "fleshy" than his father. Will that carry over into the game as well? If you get robo-arms and stuff should that limit your force powers?
Personally, I'd rather have had the Ep1 Jedi Starfighter. Only Jedi SHOULD be able to fly the thing, but just let everyone. It'll cause less anti-Jedi sentiment (though it shouldn't as every profession has profession-specific equipment).
Also, forget that entire scene in Ep1 about midichlorians, or whatever it was. Rather than testing his blood for bugs, Qui-Gon focused his mind on Anakin and sensed a great connection with the Force.
The Force is strong within a person, the amount of flesh attached to that person makes no difference.
"Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter."
So, the Emperor was interested in Luke because he was more powerful, but not because of Vader's parts. The Emperor goes through Apprentices like nothing else, anyway. Maul, Tyrannus, Vader, then tried for Luke. Sheesh!
The Belbullab-22 comes equipped with hyperdrive and two ion drives, along with auxiliary thrusters. The ship features ride-firing triple-laser cannons that put it on par with V-Wing fighters. Apparently, the dreaded General Grievous, who prefers hand-to-hand combat, pilots a well-worn version of this ship into space battles."
"Slayn & Corpil V-Wing Airspeeder
As with the T-47 Snowspeeder, the V-wing was not a starfighter by designation, but is worthy of mention due to the critical role it has played in combat. Developed by the same Verpine engineers responsible for the advanced B-wing starfighter, the V-wing was envisioned as an interceptor craft capable of defending Rebel installations and bases much as the Snowspeeder had in the past. Small, fast and manoeuvrable, the V-wing proved critical in the Rebel victory at the battle of Calamari."
Can someone tell me why we're adding craft...outdated by20-30 friggin' years to the game that is on par with equipment not even invented yet!?
I swear, those RotS ships better be high end quest rewards from NPCs. Not the schematics like the Firespray, but someone more along the lines of the Cries of Alderaan. Only more random for each person and difficult.
This is getting ridiculous.
The ARC-170 I would love to own and my X-wing is already quite potent with 100k mass, so could be interesting being able to add on more gear.
Will be interesting to see where the certs go though...

Where did you see the information on the V-Wing? I don't see it anywhere on the Gamespot page...

The information for the V-Wing came from a Star Wars starship information site. It really does exist in a top secret form late in RotJ and after that I think. I could be wrong since the only time I've seen it is in the Rogue Squadron video game. But I believe it came during/after RotJ while fighting the Imperial remnant or something. Dreven would know.
And I didn't typo the B into a V. That's how it is on the site, as a V-Wing.
But, let's assume that it is a typo and they meant it to say "B-Wing". Then I guess I have to ask: "Can someone tell me why we're adding craft...outdated by20-30 friggin' years to the game that is on par with equipment not even invented yet!?" Yeah, all I had to do was copy and paste.
"Living the Saga" my pale hairy left ass cheek. This is a 45 year time spanmish mash of items from all 6 Star Wars movies and some Expanded Universe along with some totally screwed up stuff that has been rationalized by the "If we add it, it's canon" philosophy. I'm getting mighty sick of it and to my wits end.
20-30 years is nothing in a universe where space flight has been around for thousands. The speed of technological advancement in this area is probably at a crawl.
