Hand to hand,..I'll go with Worf. Klingons like to kill and are darn good at it. Wookiees are a more peacefull race, although not without their primal rage. And although Worf was raised by Humans,..I think he strives hard to be more klingon than most.
Whats next, Data vs. Darth Vader?

The writers always seemed to use Worf as 'proof' that aliens were really mean. I mean, if you're going to show that an alien is tough, you don't have him beat up Crusher, you have him smack Worf around. I hated them for that.
Chewy'd win though, he's got more functional teeth, and it always comes down to that.

As a bonafide Trekie, I have to side with Worf. Chewie is the man (or wookie as it were), but Worf has the training. And I am sure Yoda would agree, wookie rage won't get nearly as far as the centered warrior mind.
Though really, they would probably end up sparring for a while, but would end up getting tore up on Klingon Bloodwine and go on a imperial killing spree .

I pretty much remember Worf getting smacked around alot in TNG. Even if that were not so, I'd still have to (easily) give it to the wookiee. He's got strength and reach on Worf. While Work may have some training, it's definately not anywhere close to even Tera Kasi Apprentice level. He might get in a good shot or two, but once Chewie gets his hands on him...he's burger.
Same goes for in a bout where they each get to bring their iconic wapons. Work with his curved sword thingie would be merely a smoking corpse after a round from the bowcaster.
