I got thinking about this question here at work and needed a break, so Icame up withthis list of suggestions.

Then I looked in the Wikipedia for Star Wars information and picked some names from there.

I propose the name Asylum. I don't know if there's another town on Starsider with the name already, but if there isn't, it'd work well for a Smuggler outpost.


The name world reflect both parts of our personality. Historically, an asylum was any place where outlaws could seek refuge from those who wanted to bring them to justice. Over time, however, an asylum became a place to incarcerate the mentally disturbed.


Works for both a role-playing and fun-lovin' Smugglers perspective.
