i have to disagree. for all we knew, the intent of having a risk/consequence for carrying sliced items was in this slicing revamp all along. albeit in an awkward form of "breakage".

all of a sudden the risk of carrying a sliced item is "just wasn't fun"?
after 2 days of testing they figured that out???

that's the biggest load of bullsh*t ever.

you know what i think is the REAL reason?
they NEVER coded any real "breakage" system. they just made a quick system where "breakage" would be based on the weapon's condition.
that's why people's weapons were going from 800+ condition to 0!
that's why it was happening so frequently!

because they never coded the real "breakage" system. just like they never coded the mini-game.
just like they haven't, and will not code the Smuggler missions!
