I thought of another one..
Underworld should allow us to not only buy factionfrom Imperial and rebel but from all the other faction groups. How offten do you hear people who need to go out and kill NPC mobs of "X" so they can repair thier faction standing with faction "Y". PersonalyI see it quite frequently.
And I'd like to state my Opposition to Smuggler mission terminals, how sad is that? NPCs should be our underworld contacts and terminals could be a quest goal or mission objective and would be INSIDE safe houses, they should NOT be on the street corner with a neon sign flashing "illegal activity originates HERE"

Well, the simple answer for most of us is that we would like to actually do our namesake. For me at least in addition, I'd like to be hunted by BHs. I want spice to be usefull, not just the mind stim it's used for now. I want fighting mods, I want smuggler only weapons. Really as most of the folks in this forum I could go on for quite a while but I think everyone gets the picture.

Tell us what YOU think Smugglers would like more than anything else?
You didn't guess right when you gave us Fish Bowls to craft.
You didn't guess right when you gave us non-functional Gaming Tables to craft.
You could get it though after reading this thread if you try real hard.

After Smuggling, here's an idea.
People who say certain key words, such as "spice", "slice", "Jedi", and similar words near authority figures will raise thier attention level. If said enough, this causes you to get scanned. After all, someone selling crack doesn't go out and say "Check it! I gots crack!Strong Shït! Comeget it!" in front of police. Other key words would be specific names of spices, but in the case of things like, Muon Gold and Booster Blue, leave the colors out of the key words, after all, I don't wanna get scanned fortelling someone aboutmy suit of Padded Armor colored White/Gold.

Hey Nick, as an FYI, you might wanna consider changing that last part of your sig. It appears crackdown units have recently become a real issue

Its a quote from myself in a thread where some Rebel was being, well, to put it politely, a wuss, saying that these new crackdown units are too tough. And seeing that pissed me off. So I tore into him.
Seriously, why should the Empire send out groups without at least ONE soldier capable to laying the smackdown on our candy asses? If these Crackdown Units are now something to be feared, then the devs have finally done thier job. Nothing is truely illegal if the laws cannot be enforced. Would the Police send a SWAT team comprised of parapalegics in to defuse a hostage situation(yes, I realize that sounds cruel, but would they?)? No. If that's what it takes to make a deterence to breaking the law, then so be it. Now, we just need it coded so that contraband can't go on the Public Bazaar(possibly personal vendors), and can't be put into droids with storage, because that's currently used to circumvent the searches. If someone wants it easy, then they should go Imperial. The Rebellion shouldn't be a walk in the park, it should be difficult. I think I should stop now before I accidentily hijack the thread.

- Smuggle something ANYTHING please!
- BH interaction. Yes we can go on terminals but I want to have a chance to by smuggling well NOT go on a terminal. Han was on Jabba's sh!t list for failing not for smuggling.
- No crafting of spice. We can smuggle spice if we want but we dont make it we are not chemists. There is a rebellion on and pirates stealling cargos accross the galaxy there is PLENTY to smuggle with out ever touching spice. I would make spice smuggling a very high paying very high risk mission we can take that puts us on the bounty hunter terminals till we suceed and if we fail ....the price on our head goes up ALOT.

1. smuggling content of some sort
2. make spices and slicing valuable and a non-commodity
3. as a hybrid class, smuggler takes alot of points, it would be nice to get some more benefit so it would be easier to make smuggler a more compatable template. ie melee def, ranged def, speed increases of a vairety of weapons, unique certs

I think I would like the ability to make droid that spit out flowers as they walk around........................................NOT

And I do not think that rank should matter when being scanned. I'm and Imperial colonel and everytime i get scanned i get "we are sorry we will continue with our business" I'm a smuggler. Every peice of armor that I have is sliced, I carry no less than 5 sliced weapons and at least 1 case of muon and pixie. Isn't this stuff illegal????? Why does it matter what rank I am, it is still ILLEGAL. Bust me, make me pay a fine or loose fp or even bust me down a rank. Don't just walk away and appoligize.

Hey Egowyn--- I carry a flame thrower. It is the only viable weapon I have.
How 'bout we make it illegal to have ears?
