Pretty sure that's the case. I don't have anything to back it up though, since in order to break it, I would have to buy 6000 Rebel FP to get Dreven out of negative numbers or 1000 Rebel FP to get Tristyn in the same situation...and I'm just not sure I'm willing to break either one of my characters...
I don't think it would've been a problem if they would've left the "Sell out" option in...then you could've just sold the excess opposing FP to your recruiter...

I informed Caylin and Wes about this a day or so before the publish went live. Apparently they're either still waiting for a dev response, or the devs just didn't think it was a used feature and didn't care enough to include that in the patch notes...

Used feature or not, it is basically emptying one of our Underworld box without telling us.
Maybe it is somehow related to the "announcement" we are waiting for.... something good to replace Sell Out.

But the rank cap is still very much in place. As I said previously , my cap is 120k as colonel, I have 18k faction on me, and the option "I'd like to discuss an equitable trade" or "Helping out the recruiter's bank account"
