Kenney is undoubtedly one of the best PVP'ers on Valcyn. And yes I have seen what his robot arms, concussion, and a rifle can do...it's no fun to be on the receiving end but is kinda fun to watch.

Personally I would rather concussion shot do what it reads...stop the target from doing anything for like 30 seconds. No heals, no attacking...they think the root is bad wait until they see the move as it is written. But it would break on attacking them again..so isn't like the paralyze the cm's had for a couple of weeks. Either way this shot is needed for us to be a crowd controller. Now if they "nerf" the root and dont give us the paralyze then I will be mad. As a tailor/smuggler this is my one nice shot to have in a group, though the amount of people who respeced into smuggler just for this shot is kinda sickening. Then again the pistol root takes way less exp points so many opted for it.

While we are at it..fix the rest of our shots to do what they say..low blow is pathetic in its current form and some of us could use it if it worked as intended.
