My thoughts:

Seeing as we ARE smugglers, why not give us a ship that only Master (or some level higher than novie) can pilot.

My vote would be for the YT-2400 at Master.

And FYI, the YT1300 will require a Master Privateer from what Ive heard.

Aww these are not what I was hoping to hear after seeing the link. I'm a die hard MBH, and soon I hope smugglers and BH's will become more involved with each other on both sides of the law. I was REALLY hoping smugglers were gonna be given the love I thought they were as hinted in the link. You would think with "underworld connections" skills that the FAQ #17 would CLEARLY indicate smugglers.

To make "illegal modifications"through a "Synergy" co-op with DE's, and Shipwrights seems like a no brainer. Combos like that would add enormus content and fun interaction with other players. Sounds win win to me. If there were only a way to seriously catch the eye of someone who can make them listen.

I think this is what were after here. Am I wrong?

To deliver you unharmed -relatively so- is the primary requirement for collecting the bounty that was posted on you. If you try starving yourself, you will be force-fed. I'm not known for being gentle about that sort of thing."

I completly agree with you, but I have that sinking feeling they will never let it happen.

I just figured that since we coupld slice weapons that we would be able to slice the weapons that went in the ships when they were looted or built. So if we can't even do that I wonder what our role will be...
