I thought these guns were discovered like months ago and were just latent files that were never even put to use.

Flechette Pistol > all. The other ones look too much like military-issued stuff, while the Flechette Pistol looks like something you pull out in an unexpected situation and an 'Oh crap. I'm dead.' thought bubble appears over your opponent.

Okay, I'd want the intimidator if I can strap it to my leg. I like the czerka carbine. Alliance disruptors pretty cool, but don't see myself using it, though I would if it's as small as it looks.

The intimidator looks cool, but is definately a heavy pistol, definately energy.
Alliance disruptor looks small and underpowered for a disruptor, most likely acid.
Renegade looks cool, possibly a stun weapon or blast.
Deathhammer looks a little odd, my guess is energy or heat.
Flechette looks small, comapct, and kinetic.
Out of that list, I would go with either Alliance disruptor or Flechette for size.

My vote would be the flechette.
Why?
Because it looks small and looks like it has a high refire rate (low spd), meaning you could pull it out, mow down your enemies (read /lowblow;/panicshot on each target) and get your butt out of there. Small and powerful, but not TOO powerful. Maybe it has low damage but really high accuracy, enabling you to apply the stattes (KD & delay) but not to be used for lengthy combat.
Soooo....
My vote for a smuggler pistol? whatever, just fast, and accurate, power is really beside the point if your just trying to surprise your enemy and get the hell out.
OH, and make it have a relatively high min damage. I'm not looking for an uber weapon at all, just one that lets us get away.

When I see the Flechette, and say its name, I think of the Flechette gun in JK2 and JA. I'd say its probably Kinetic or Blast damage. Something about how the barrel becomes that narrow for as long as it is, just doesn't look good in my oppinion.
While the Intimidator looks cool, it looks more like a bulky,extra-heavy pistol; sorta how the Launcher Pistol is. I'd guess this is basic energy damage.
The Alliance Disruptor looks nice, but is too sleek looking in my oppinion. Perhaps if the front handguard were removed and/or the little flange cup on the front was removed. As disruptors are supposed to burn through your target's molecules, I'd say this one deals heat damage.
The Renegade looks cool, but like the Intimidator, its bulky. Due to its appearance, I'd suggest its either Stun or Blast Damage.
Finally, the DeathHammer, doesn't look half bad, despite the fact it appears it was made from scrap metal. More of a thuggish weapon, in my oppinion. Most likely energy damage on this one.
I think I'll stick with my FWG5 for now.

"Weapons, weapons, weapons. How boring would be my life without them?"
Pistols
Hmm, the Flechette. Good to conceal, I would expect kinetic with some armour piercing here, too.
Carbines
I love them. The Underslung is something for my BH. Pull it out and play a symphony, aah...
The Proton carbine has a nice G36ish look.
The E5 is something more concealable, looks like a pistol/carbine hybrid.
A Needler. A Duster. Sunglasses. And the line "I want to see Mr. Johnson."
