It god damned better be one a neutral smuggler can use.
I think the idea of a weapon that is magically keyed such that it can tell where your loyalties are is silly.

The Renegade sounds like the sort of thing a Smuggler would carry, but for looks, I am hoping it is the Intimidator.
That is one nice looking pistol.

deathhammer looks cool seems the rest are a little too bulky for something I'd conceal. If it was carbine then E5 or proton the unslung looks like something I commando would use and the rest look... well crappy. Maybe a sawen (I no that's not how you speel it but for the life of me my brain just isn't working) off version Czerk or the bola might. Oh the scopes might make them look cool but how many pistols have scopes, I mean really. If I wanted to scope my gun I'd get a rifle.

hehe yes, the Intimidator look cool, the Renegade name sound like it might be "it".

If I had my choice from each category, I'd go with the Intimidator Pistol, the Proton Carbine and the Alliance "Gauss" Rifle.
Also notice the size of the barrel on the Intimidator. If size has anything to do with damage, that's going to be the king I'd say (and for that reason, probably not Smuggler specific
).

Probably the Renegade, if we even get a Smuggler-only pistol.
But the Intimidator is pretty cool. 
Still... I want that Undersling carbine.
If that comes out and is readily available (as in, not having to get parts through Death Watch or something), I may be tempted to take up Carbineer. That thing is awsome.

Or if they allow smugglers to master any 1 line of brawler and any 1tree of Marksman maybe we could specialize in one of these...
