They did get rid of that BH, actually, and with impressive speed. At least the mods apply the law consistently.

Hmm.. and I don't know what Tyrant meant in that thread, but I don't see anything in the patch notes about us (other than a certain change to FD ), anyway.

Actually, he said "watch for the announcement." I see no mention of a timetable in there. Where did that come from?

Bug fixes. Heh! Smuggling. Heh! A Jedi craves not these things.

My SWG Observations

If they stopped the expansions for one year and gave quality revamps to the professions that need it most, many people would resubscribe.
With all the resubs, and the new players, there would then be plenty of money to hire enough people to do 2-4 quality revamps per year plus 1-2 larger expansions per year and/or 2-4 smaller expansions per year, and not give the BigWigs a pay cut. (Possibly even an increase)

Tomo; "If I were to direct a movie about Smugglers, it would consist of a two-hour shot of a wide, empty, windy desert. Sometimes a tumbleweed rolls by. Sometimes, a man in a prison guard uniform and giant mirrored aviators' shades shoots at the tumbleweed."

Umm would go more like this;

Act1; 5 minutesof a wide, nearly-empty windy desert with the occasional tumbleweed and prison guard shooting at the weeds.

Act2, Scene 1; Faceless, nameless SOE employee walks purposely into scene and removes pistol from guards hands then walks off.

Act 2, Scene 2; 25 minutes ofthe same desert with guard standing watching the tumble weeds tumble by in the wind. Rubs wind-blown sand out of his eyes periodically.

Act 3, Scene 1; Same nondescript SOE employee again walks on to set, catches tumbleweed as it blows by then walks off.

Act 3, Scene 2; 30 minutes of the same windy desert, minus tumbleweed, with the unarmed guard periodically rubbing sand out of his eyes.

Act 4, Scene 1; Again with the SOE employee, this time in the wings cutting the switch to the wind-machine.

Act 4, Scene 2; 30 minutes of calm quiet desert with the unarmed guard periodically figitting with boredom.

Act 5, Scene 1; Faceless, nameless SOE employee hurries on to set and quickly escorts guard off leaving the quiet still desert baking under the sun.

Act 5, Scene 2; 30 minues of soundless, windless, baking desert.

Act 6, Scene 1; SOE employee trudges onto set with a push-broom and begins the task of sweeping up the desert.

Act 6, Scene 2, 30 minutes later the last of the desert is pushed off set leaving a bare grey concrete floor baking under the sun...errr...lights.

Final Act; Echo of SOE employees footsteps off stage followed by the 'clunk' of the light switch and all is black. Footsteps fade to that same nameless, faceless employee singing quietly to himself; "In the still of the night..."

Actually, he said this on a previous page..."I wouldn't give up now, we have some pretty positive changes coming for all entertainers shortly. We will be posting on this sometime next week."

So unless you consider us an entertainer, I see no reason to expect a post next week about smugglers.

I think he means that there are definitedraft pre-plans made for a potential Smuggler revamp coming immediately afterthe much neededDancer revamp, for which pr-draft brainstorming is scheduled to start some time next year
