Yes and no, When I think of roleplaying I think back to the 3 12-packs of soda, bag of chips, folders with a bunch of papers, pencils, and funky looking dice. Now play my character and I dont discuss rates but the formula I use is in my bio and my skill level. It is important to play the character out, but it is also equally important to let the other person know he is being treated fairly. I would charge everyone with speaking to me, but Im so good at my underworld secret life that not many people even know I do things besides dance, lol.
